"The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances; if there is any reaction, both are transformed."
(C.G. Jung)

Relationships have many facets to them.  They can be rewarding, difficult, meaningful and profound.  They can bring conflict and pain, yet also nurturing and love.  At times they can be shocking and hurtful.  We usually experience all of the above throughout our relationships but sometimes they can become stuck in a phase where resolution is sought.  People seek couple therapy for many reasons.  Some of these may be affairs, intimacy issues, abuse, past trauma coming into present relationship, repetitive patterns of behaviour.  You may be finding a way to end in a constructive form or finding a way to stay in the relationship.

It can be useful to work through difficulties with a therapist who can have an objective view.  I am a qualified couple therapist who can help you to communicate more effectively and to explore conflict and different ways of connecting.

Fees are £70 for a 1 hour session.
